what to expect
1. before your first visit
After you schedule your first visit, our team will send you over our new patient paperwork! This paperwork will be tailored to the individual and their health goals. We kindly ask you fill this out before our initial visit, so we can connect and serve you best when you come in!

2. your first visit
We kindly ask you allot the appropriate time for this visit, as it will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour!
When you come into our office, help yourself to some tea or water! You will receive a brief tour, before heading into the consultation room. One of our doctors will come in to connect with you and go over your paperwork. We will get as much information about your overall health as we can, so we know how to best serve you!
After going over paperwork, we will perform a detailed assessment and analysis. This assessment includes a postural exam, tonal exam, and our Insight technology - our non-invasive, nervous-system scans! This whole assessment will give us a look on how your neuro-spinal system is overall functioning and give us insight on the best care moving forward.
After going over health history and detailed assessment, we will go over any health goals and figure out if our office is the right fit!
We understand the different needs of some pediatric patients, especially those with neuro-development or sensory struggles. If this pertains to you, let us know! We are happy to start with a phone consult or split up appointments to best accommodate your family.
3. day two
We kindly ask you allot the appropriate time for this visit, as it will take about 30 minutes!
Before you come in for your your day two, the doctors will have gotten together to go over your exams and nervous-system scans to come up with the best care for you moving forward. We will sit down to go over our best recommendations and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have!
